Choices & Healthy Boundaries

Someone is expecting me to do more than I can deliver and I don’t like to let anyone down even if I’m feeling overcommitted. In fact, I don’t want to miss out on any of the action, so should I say yes before I think about the consequences? Allowing myself to be talked into any activities that scatter my all-ready depleted energy? It is not a good idea, I know. Creating healthy boundaries gives others the opportunity to respect my limits. Taking care of self is just as important as nurturing everyone else.
